No Idea Fest for this afternoon. Why?

Helen left this morning around 9:00 to run some errands. I had grand plans for the day, which mainly included heading down the the Idea Festival. It's now 2:20 and I'm still at home. What's up, Yoder?

The answer is partly waffle, partly vulnerable. (Waffle being the deep trance a geek of any flavor gets in when delving deeply into a topic)

I started checking out some other blog sites because Live Spaces won't let me add other blogs. I can only have the one. Then, when I got Helen's phone call that she was on the way back home, I couldn't leave because...

I love my wife.

I love everything about her, even the things that drive me nuts. They're all part of this amazing package of humanity that not only accepts my love, but gives me hers in return. What an incredible, amazing feeling to be loved by someone.

I knew that she'd be busy doing laundry, and I'd be geeking out on the computer, but just the thought of spending time together softens me, mellows me...

I love my wife.
